You know you're capable of more.
So why aren't you further along?
You've got the ideas. You know what you want. And quite often, you know exactly what you need to do.
Yet somehow, you keep finding yourself hesitating, putting things off or slipping back into familiar patterns.
And it's bloody frustrating when you know you've got more in you.
Imagine what could change if you stopped having the same battles with yourself and started moving towards the things you actually want.
That's what we work on inside Momentum™.
Ongoing coaching, EFT and practical support to help you work through what's getting in your way, change the patterns that keep holding you back and start doing things differently.
£147/month | Ongoing coaching, EFT and support
You can see what's possible.
So what's getting in the way?
Perhaps you've got a business that's doing reasonably well, but you know it could be doing so much better.
You've got ideas you haven't acted on. Opportunities you've talked yourself out of. Things you keep meaning to do when you've got a bit more time, confidence or energy.
Or maybe you're already doing quite well, but every time you reach a new level, something seems to happen.
You start questioning yourself or worrying about whether you can sustain it. You find yourself working harder than you need to, or avoiding the very things that could make the biggest difference.
And then there's that annoying little voice in your head.
"I should be further along by now."
The frustrating thing is that you're probably perfectly capable of doing what needs doing.
You might even be the person everyone else comes to for advice.
But knowing what to do and actually doing it can be two very different things.
And after a while, it gets exhausting.
Not just because of the things you're putting off, but because of how much time and energy you spend thinking about them.
What would you have more time and energy for if you weren't constantly negotiating with yourself?
What if the next six months could look different?
Imagine finally having that conversation you've been avoiding.
Putting your prices up without spending the next three days worrying about what people will think.
Following through on an idea you've been sitting on for months.
Or being offered an exciting opportunity and actually letting yourself go for it, rather than immediately finding all the reasons it might not work.
And when something does go well?
Being able to enjoy it.
To recognise what you've achieved without immediately moving the goalposts or worrying about whether it's all going to disappear.
Perhaps you'd have more clients. More money coming in. More freedom to spend your time doing what matters to you.
Perhaps you'd simply feel more comfortable being yourself and going after what you want.
I can't tell you exactly what will change for you.
But I can tell you that continuing to respond to the same situations in the same ways is unlikely to get you somewhere different.
And if you've already spent months, or even years, trying to get past certain things, it's worth considering a different approach.
Because knowing what to do isn't always enough.
You've probably tried plenty already.
You've read the books and done the courses. Made the plans. Perhaps you've worked with coaches or invested in personal development.
And some of it has genuinely helped.
You've had those wonderful moments when something suddenly makes sense and you think, "Right! I get it now!"
But then something happens in real life.
A potential client questions your prices, or someone criticises something you've done. An exciting opportunity comes along, or you're about to do something that feels like a big step - and suddenly, all that understanding doesn't seem to make much difference.
You're right back in a familiar reaction.
Why?
Because the way we respond to situations is influenced by much more than what we consciously know.
Our brains are constantly using past experiences and expectations to anticipate what might happen next.
And sometimes those expectations can influence our behaviour in ways that work against what we consciously want.
You might want your business to grow, for example, while also associating more success with more pressure, responsibility or exhaustion.
You might want to be more visible, but worry about being judged.
You might want to earn more money, while feeling uncomfortable about what other people will think of you.
These things aren't always obvious. Sometimes you only discover what's going on when you start exploring your reactions more closely.
And that's where things can get interesting.
What happens when things start changing on the inside?
Lydia describes how the changes she was making internally started showing up in her everyday life, including the way she approached taking action.
Sometimes the thing holding you back makes perfect sense...once you understand it.
I was working with a client who was frustrated that his business wasn't growing as quickly as he wanted.
He had plenty of ideas and knew what needed doing. Seeing the potential wasn't the problem. But he wasn't following through on everything he'd planned.
As we worked together, something rather unexpected came up.
He was worried that if he gave his business everything he had, he'd have no excuse for not giving that same level of effort to his family.
And he was already exhausted.
Underneath that was a fear that he wasn't a good enough husband or father.
So although he consciously wanted more business success, part of him associated that success with even more pressure to prove himself at home.
Can you see how that might affect someone's willingness to push forward?
Telling him to be more disciplined or manage his time better wouldn't have addressed that concern.
We needed to work with what was happening underneath his frustration.
That's the sort of thing we explore inside Momentum™.
Because sometimes the reason you're struggling to do something has very little to do with the task itself.
Here's what that can look like in real life.
Cathy used to experience intense anxiety around public speaking. After our work together, she described feeling genuinely excited about opportunities to speak.
Morgan describes feeling less attached to whether prospective clients bought, and how that change began showing up in his business.
These are experiences from my private EFT coaching work. Your results will be personal to you.
So how does Momentum™ help you make those changes?
Inside Momentum™, we use coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, often called tapping) to explore the beliefs, emotional responses and familiar patterns that may be affecting your decisions and behaviour.
EFT involves tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on thoughts, emotions or experiences.
It's a technique I use alongside coaching to help people work with emotional resistance, rather than simply trying to think their way out of it.
But the important part is what happens afterwards.
Because understanding something in a session is useful. Responding differently when you're back in the situation that used to throw you off is where that understanding starts becoming meaningful.
That's why Momentum includes ongoing support.
You can bring the things you're currently working towards, the situations that are challenging you and whatever comes up as you start making changes.
We work on what's relevant to you now.
And as things change, we can work on whatever comes up next.
You don't have to arrive with everything figured out.
That's rather the point.
Momentum™ is where you keep putting the work into practice.
You'll have ongoing opportunities to work through whatever's coming up, practise doing things differently and get support as you go.
The graphic shows your private Kickstart, two monthly Coaching & EFT sessions, Momentum Monday, Follow Through call, WhatsApp community and Kajabi library.
And you don't have to attend every single thing.
Momentum is there to support your life, not give you another enormous to-do list.
Some weeks you'll have something specific you want to bring to a session. Other weeks you might simply join the guided tapping or listen to a recording.
Use the support that's relevant to you.
£147/month
Why ongoing support?
Think about how often you've understood something about yourself, felt better about it and then found yourself dealing with a slightly different version of the same issue a few weeks later.
Or perhaps you've made progress in one area, only to discover that your next goal brings up a whole new set of concerns.
That's one of the reasons I created Momentum.
Life keeps happening. Your circumstances change. New opportunities come along, and so do new challenges.
Having ongoing support means you have somewhere to bring those things as they happen.
You can work through a difficult situation when it's relevant, rather than waiting until it becomes a much bigger problem.
You can practise the changes you're making, notice what's working and get help when something else comes up.
And over time, you have the opportunity to build on what you've already done.
The aim is to make the work useful in your everyday life, rather than something that only feels good while you're in a session.
Is Momentum right for you?
Momentum is particularly suited to people who know they're capable of more and are ready to explore what's been getting in their way.
You might be a business owner, coach, practitioner or professional who wants to grow without constantly battling yourself.
You might be someone who's achieved a fair bit already but keeps getting caught up in overthinking, self-doubt or putting things off.
Or perhaps you've reached a point where you know you want things to be different, and you're ready to invest in support to help make that happen.
You don't need to have experience with EFT.
You do need to be open to looking at yourself, exploring some of the beliefs and reactions that may be influencing your behaviour and trying things differently.
If you're looking for someone to give you a rigid business strategy or tell you exactly what decisions to make, Momentum probably isn't the right fit.
But if you already have ideas about where you want to go and would value support with the things that keep getting in the way, I'd love to work with you.
Imagine looking back at the life you once dreamed of...
And realising you're living it.
A while ago, Rosemary wrote down what her ideal life would look like.
At the time, she rated the belief that her dream was too far out of reach at 9/10. She also felt she was running out of time (10/10) and worried that even if she got what she wanted, she'd somehow mess it up (8/10).
Her dream wasn't particularly extravagant. She wanted her own home somewhere peaceful, to be financially independent, enjoy the occasional holiday, live close to her children and have her horse nearby so she and her daughter could compete in dressage.
And she achieved every single one of those things.
During a later session, I read her original words back to her. And watching her realise just how much her life had changed was rather wonderful.
Here's that moment.
A little about me.
Hello! I'm Claire.
I've been working with EFT since 2019, helping people explore and change the beliefs, emotional responses and patterns that affect how they feel, what they do and what they experience in their lives.
Over the years, I've worked with business owners, practitioners and people from all sorts of backgrounds.
And one thing I see again and again is that people often have far more ability than they're giving themselves credit for.
They can see what's possible. They have the skills and knowledge. They genuinely want things to change.
But there can be an enormous difference between wanting something and feeling comfortable enough to actually go after it.
That's the work I love doing.
And I particularly enjoy those moments when someone suddenly sees why they've been responding in a certain way.
Sometimes the realisation is quite profound.
Other times it's more along the lines of, "Oh, for God's sake. Is THAT what I've been doing?"
Both are welcome.
I'm not here to tell you how you should live your life or what success should look like for you.
I'm here to help you work through what's getting in the way of the things you want.
And hopefully we'll have a few laughs along the way.
What could start changing for you?
Danielle shares how working on herself affected the way she was experiencing her life.
Ready to see what could change?
You can keep trying to work everything out on your own.
And perhaps you will.
But if you've been dealing with the same frustrations for months or years, and you're fed up with how much time and energy they're taking up, you don't have to keep approaching them in exactly the same way.
Inside Momentum™, you'll have regular opportunities to work through the things that are holding you back, explore what's going on underneath them and practise doing something different.
And you'll have support as you go.

A few questions you might have
I've tried coaching and personal development before. How is this different?
Do I need to know how to do EFT?
What if I don't know exactly what's holding me back?
What if I can't make the live sessions?
Will I get individual attention?
How long should I stay in Momentum?
Is Momentum a business coaching programme?
How does the monthly payment work?
Six months from now, what would you love to be different?
Think about the things you've been meaning to do.
The opportunities you'd like to pursue. The decisions you'd like to feel more comfortable making. The things you'd love to stop worrying about quite so much.
Perhaps you've been telling yourself that you'll get round to them when the time is right.
But what if you started working on what's getting in the way now?
You don't have to know exactly how everything is going to turn out.
You just need to be willing to start doing something differently.
And I'd love to help you with that.
