I have a HUGE interest in manifestation. I’ve used it super effectively in the past (horse, flat, boyfriend – in that order!)…but only realised that with hindsight. At the time, I had no idea I was manifesting. And yet it worked.
When I then tried to deliberately manifest…nothing. Not even a piece of tumbleweed.
I’m not gonna lie….fucking frustrating!
Over recent years, Google searches on “manifestation”, “Law of Attraction” and “how to manifest” have shot up. And the huge availability of resources has really helped a lot of people. But there are even more people who haven’t been helped.
And the reason for that is because the easily searchable teachings and advice don’t take into account the deeply rooted subconscious limiting beliefs that you just can’t mindset your way out of.
So many gurus and experts out there telling you to “just be positive”, “shake off the negative, low vibes” and “feel the love” in order to manifest your abundance.
And they’re genuinely trying to help and the advice they give is good and helpful…they’re just operating from a slightly unrealistic and outdated approach.
And I know that cos that’s the approach I used to take.
I fell into the trap of believing that negative thoughts and feelings should be squashed with the sheer POWER of positivity. That manifestation could happen via the logical, conscious mind. A process that could be forced through ACTION alone.
I’ve now been fortunate enough to realise that there is a much simpler and effortless way to attract abundance, rather than getting trapped in the lie of “just think about it and it’ll come”.

I’ve spent the last 6 years of my life studying, trialing, picking apart what’s worked for me (and what hasn’t). I’ve experienced the frustration, the excitement, the confusion. The highs and the lows.
Through my clients, I’ve amassed a knowledge of what so many people struggle with and what worked (and didn’t) to get them through that. I’ve seen the huge similarities – and vast differences – between each client.
