⬜ How We're Doing It

1. We'll work together LIVE over Zoom for 3 months. (Of course, EVERYTHING is recorded and you'll have unlimited access to the recordings, handouts and other course materials.)

2. We'll work ONE TO ONE for 6 sessions (up to 60 minutes twice a month) and there'll be one GROUP SESSION per month (up to 120 minutes).

3. You'll have assignments to complete each week of practical, actionable steps designed to raise your vibrational frequency and clear the old patterns.

4. Sessions will be a mixture of training and guided use of energy psychology

1. Internet access, a computer and a goal.

2. The ability to dedicate up to 4 hours per month to meet with me LIVE. Group session dates will be advised. The one to one sessions are individually arranged.

3. Fun and friendly outlook. As I say in the video, this Program is being offered to Founding Members in return for constructive feedback and a video testimonial. 

4. AN OPEN MIND and COMMITTMENT. The energy psychology technique we'll be using is extremely effective, but I'm not gonna lie...it looks bloody weird! It will also challenge you to UNLEARN the programmed behaviours of your past. This requires committment from you to complete assignments, utilise the recommended reading and listening list and show up with energy. Anyone looking for a "magic pill" quick fix with minimum effort...this is not for you. And if you ARE looking for that, I'm telling you now that you're going to be constantly disappointed. This is called DEEP WORK for a reason and there is no shortcut.
