Stop Talking Yourself Out Of The Life You Want.
Doubt The Doubt
A FREE 5 Day Live Challenge
Monday 10th to Friday 14th August - Live Call at 1:30pm UK each day
You know what you want to do...
🚀 Post the video.
🚀 Speak up in the meeting.
🚀 Apply for the opportunity.
🚀 Raise your prices.
🚀 Have the difficult conversation.
🚀 Set the boundary.
🚀 Stop overthinking every decision.
🚀 Be more present with the people you love.
You know it...so why aren't you doing it?
It's not because you don't care enough. It's not because you're lazy. And it's certainly not that you're lacking motivation.
There's a part of your mind that's trying to protect you.
It tells you to wait until you're more confident. To think about it a bit longer. To make sure you've got it right. To learn just a little bit more first.
To stay where things feel familiar.
And here's the tricky part...
It doesn't sound irrational. In fact, it sounds sensible. Responsible even.
Like the voice of reason.
Which is exactly why it's so easy to believe.
Over time, you stop questioning it. You assume it must know something you don't. And little by little, you start trusting that voice more than you trust yourself.
So, when it tells you to wait...you wait.
When it tells you you're not ready...you believe it and sign up for another qualification or training course. Maybe you buy another book to go on the evergrowing pile of 'books to read'.
When it tells you to think about it a bit longer...you think. A lot.
And before you know it, you've spent months — or even years — talking yourself out of the very things that would move your life forwards.
It's exhausting.
Not just because of the constant overthinking, but because deep down, you know you're capable of more.
You can see the life you want.
You can picture yourself finally posting the video instead of endlessly editing it. Having the conversation instead of rehearsing it. Booking the holiday instead of putting it off for another year. Going to bed feeling proud of what you did today instead of frustrated by what you didn't.
You just can't seem to make yourself step into it. And after a while, that starts to chip away at how you see yourself.
You wonder why everyone else seems able to just get on with it. You start asking yourself "what's wrong with me?"
So it feels like that voice is the problem.
Because if only it would quieten down; if only it stopped filling your head with reasons to wait; if only you felt more confident; if only you could stop comparing yourself to others who seem to know something you don't.
Then you'd finally do the things you've been wanting to do.
But the problem isn't that this voice exists.
The problem is that somewhere along the way, you started believing everything it said.
That's exactly what we're going to change.
Over five live sessions, I'll help you understand why you've been stuck, why trying harder hasn't worked, and why overthinking, procrastination, perfectionism and never feeling ready may all be different expressions of the same protective pattern.
Using simple teaching and live EFT tapping, you'll begin loosening the emotional grip behind that pattern, so you can start making decisions based on what you actually want — not just what feels safest in the moment.
Not because you've suddenly become fearless.
But because fear no longer gets the final say.
Imagine what it would feel like to finish the week trusting yourself a little more...acting a little sooner...and discovering that fear doesn't have to decide what happens next.

Maybe You've Been Trying To Solve The Wrong Problem
If you've ever said to yourself...
"I just need more confidence."
"I need to stop overthinking."
"I need more motivation."
"I need to be more disciplined."
"I should be further ahead"
"Why can't I just do it?"
...you're not alone with this.
Most people spend years trying to change themselves.
Trying to think differently.
Act differently.
Be more disciplined.
Push harder.
Become someone who finally follows through.
But what if you've been trying to solve the wrong problem?
What if overthinking, procrastination, perfectionism, people pleasing and never feeling ready aren't actually separate struggles at all?
What if they're different expressions of the same protective pattern?
You know that feeling...
You get a brilliant idea.
You feel excited.
This is it! You're finally going to do the thing!
Then... somehow...nothing.
Instead of taking one concrete step, you find yourself cleaning the kitchen.
Sorting emails.
Rewriting your website.
Watching three YouTube videos about the thing instead of actually doing the thing.
Or maybe you make the whole thing so damn complicated that you're still "working on it" three weeks later.
Eventually it becomes so overwhelming that you quietly give up.
Not because you don't care. Because somewhere along the way it started to feel too hard.
Then something interesting happens.
The moment you decide not to do it, the pressure eases. And that relief feels good.
Not because you've solved the problem.
But because you've escaped it.
Your brain pays attention to that relief.
The next time you're faced with something uncomfortable, it remembers what worked before.
"Maybe not today."
"Sleep on it."
"Think about it a bit longer."
"Do a little more research first."
"Make an overwhelming to do list"
And then, once the relief wears off, something else arrives in the post.
Guilt.
Frustration.
Shame.
Because another part of you has been watching the whole thing unfold.
The part that wanted to post the video.
Launch the business.
Raise the prices.
Have the conversation.
Ask the question.
Go for the opportunity.
And now it's wondering...
"Why didn't we do it again?"
So you do what seems like the only sensible thing.
You beat yourself up.
You tell yourself you'll never change.
You call yourself lazy.
You tell yourself you obviously don't want it badly enough.
Maybe you're just not disciplined enough.
Maybe everyone else has something you don't.
And somewhere in all of that is a strange little belief...
If I can just make myself feel bad enough...I'll finally do it next time.
Except it doesn't work.
Because all you've done is create even more uncomfortable feelings for your brain to try and protect you from.
So next time...
It reaches for exactly the same strategy.
Avoid.
Relief.
Guilt / Shame.
Repeat.
Until one day you start wondering if this is just who you are.
It isn't.
This isn't a personality flaw. It isn't proof that you're lazy, or weak, or incapable.
It's a protective pattern that's become incredibly well practised.
And the beautiful thing about patterns is they can be interrupted.
Once you understand what's really been happening, everything starts to change.
You stop asking,
"What's wrong with me?"
And you start asking,
"What if I don't have to believe every thought that's trying to protect me?"
You stop trying to become a different person.
You stop waiting until you feel confident.
You stop blaming yourself for not having enough discipline.
Instead...
You begin rebuilding something far more valuable.
Trust in yourself.
The kind of trust that lets you send the email before you've rewritten it ten times. Speak up before you've talked yourself out of it. Say yes when something excites you. Say no when something doesn't. Make a decision...and move on with your day instead of replaying it all evening.
And that's exactly what this challenge is about.
Not getting rid of fear.
Not pretending doubt doesn't exist.
But learning that it doesn't automatically deserve the final say.
Imagine What Changes When You Stop Automatically Believing The Doubt
Imagine what life could look like if that voice was still there...but it no longer got to make your decisions.
If you still feel nervous before posting the video...but you post it anyway.
If you still hear the voice telling you not to speak up...but this time, you ask the question.
If you still notice the fear before increasing your prices...but instead of believing it, you recognise it for what it is...
A protective prediction.
Rather than a certainty.
Nothing magical has happened.
You haven't become fearless overnight.
You've simply stopped handing every important decision over to the part of your mind that's trying to keep you comfortable.
And because of that, life starts feeling different.
You stop spending hours negotiating with yourself.
You reply to the message instead of wondering whether you've worded it perfectly.
You book the holiday instead of researching it for another six months.
You enjoy dinner with your family instead of replaying a conversation you had that afternoon.
You catch yourself smiling because you've quietly become someone who does the thing instead of endlessly thinking about doing the thing.
And that's where everything starts to change.
You spend less time arguing with yourself.
Less time overthinking.
Less time waiting for confidence to arrive.
Instead...
You start collecting something far more powerful than motivation.
Evidence.
Evidence that you can cope.
Evidence that you can survive feeling uncomfortable.
Evidence that fear isn't always telling the truth.
And every time you gather that evidence, your brain updates its expectations a little more.
That's how lasting change happens.
Not by forcing yourself to become someone else.
But by repeatedly showing yourself that you're capable of far more than your fear predicted.
That's what we'll begin doing together from Day One.
Not by forcing yourself to be more confident.
But by discovering, one small moment at a time, that fear doesn't have to make your decisions anymore.
This isn't five days of motivational speeches.
And it's not five days of trying to "think positive."
Each day we'll uncover one of the protective patterns that may have been quietly keeping you stuck.
You'll understand why it's there, experience live EFT tapping to help reduce its emotional grip, and begin responding to it differently.
You'll leave each session with something that's becoming increasingly rare...the feeling that you can trust yourself just a little more than you did the day before.
By the end of the week, you'll understand yourself differently, trust yourself more, and have a completely new way of responding when doubt shows up.
Not because life has changed.
But because you have.
Day 1 — Overthinking
"Why can't I just make a decision?"
You'll discover why overthinking isn't an intelligence problem.
It's often your mind trying to protect you from getting it wrong.
We'll tap on the emotional charge behind it so decisions stop feeling quite so heavy, and you can spend less time going round in circles and more time simply getting on with your life.
Day 2 — Fear of Judgement
"What if they think I'm stupid?"
You'll see why the fear isn't usually about what other people think.
It's about what you think they think - and the secret fear that they're right.
You'll begin separating your worth from other people's reactions, so speaking up, posting the video or asking the question starts feeling possible again.
Day 3 — Not Feeling Good Enough
"What if I'm not good enough?"
This belief quietly sits underneath far more behaviours than most people realise.
Comparison.
Self-doubt.
Playing small.
Waiting.
We'll start loosening that belief so you can stop waiting for the day you finally feel "ready" and start trusting that you're enough to begin now.
Day 4 — Perfectionism
"It's got to be perfect."
Perfectionism isn't high standards.
It's protection.
You'll discover why trying to make everything perfect has probably been keeping you stuck, so you can finally press Publish, send the email or finish the project without needing absolute certainty first.
Day 5 — Rebuilding Self-Trust
This is where everything comes together.
You'll see how overthinking, perfectionism, fear of judgement and never feeling good enough have all been quietly teaching you not to trust yourself.
And more importantly...
You'll start learning what it feels like to have your own back again.
Because the goal isn't to become fearless.
It's to stop letting fear decide who you become.
And to, instead, become someone who hears the doubt...and chooses for themselves anyway.
Why Talking Yourself Through It Isn't Enough
By now, you might be thinking,
"This makes so much sense."
Good.
Because understanding what's been happening is the first step.
But if understanding was enough, you'd probably have solved this years ago.
You already know you overthink.
You already know you keep putting things off.
You already know you care too much what other people think.
Knowing it hasn't been the problem.
The problem is that, when the moment arrives, your mind and body still react as though something important is at risk.
That's why you can tell yourself,
"Just do it."
...and still find yourself frozen.
Or talking yourself out of it.
Or finding twenty-seven other jobs that suddenly seem much more urgent.
Insight can explain a pattern.
It doesn't automatically change it.
That's where EFT comes in.
So...What Is EFT?
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques, although most people simply call it tapping.
It combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused attention on whatever you're experiencing emotionally.
If you've never done it before, it can look a little...unusual.
I completely understand if you're sceptical.
I was too.
But here's why I use it.
When something feels emotionally charged — whether it's speaking up, being judged, making a mistake or putting yourself out there — your logical mind often knows you're safe.
But your emotional response hasn't caught up yet.
Tapping can help reduce the emotional intensity around those thoughts, memories and situations.
As that emotional intensity settles, those thoughts often stop feeling quite so convincing.
So instead of automatically believing,
"I can't do this."
You begin to notice,
"That's the old pattern talking."
And that tiny shift creates space.
Space to choose differently.
Space to take the action anyway.
Space to begin collecting evidence that you can cope.
That's why every day of this challenge includes both teaching and live tapping.
Because I don't just want you to understand what's been holding you back.
I want you to leave each day already noticing small moments where you respond differently.
That's how bigger changes begin.
What Can Actually Change?
The aim of this challenge isn’t to make you feel inspired for five days.
It’s to help create enough of a shift that you begin responding differently when the moment actually arrives.
Because that is the real test.
Not whether you understand why you’re afraid.
Whether fear still gets to decide what you do.
One client attended an online academic talk with a group she’d never joined before.
Normally, the fear of speaking would have kept her quiet.
This time, she asked a question.
Her palms were sweaty beforehand, but once she began speaking, she was fine. Her question started a discussion, she followed it up with another one, and even Wi-Fi problems interrupting her didn’t derail her.
Her verdict?
“This is huge. So liberating.”
She didn't need the fear to disappear.
She just stopped letting it make the decision.
Another client had carried the belief that she wasn’t good enough to attract fully paying clients for years.
She already understood where the doubt came from.
But after one tapping session, she told me:
“I’ve gone from a 10 of not being good enough to get fully paying clients to a 5.”
More importantly, it no longer felt like something that completely controlled her:
“The session made me see it from a different perspective that it now feels like something I have control of.”
She didn't become a different person.
She simply stopped treating that old belief as absolute truth.
And another client described the change in a quieter — but equally important — way:
“I can regulate my nervous system. I can sit and enjoy this moment.”
These aren’t stories about people never feeling nervous, doubtful or uncomfortable again.
They’re examples of what can happen when those feelings stop carrying quite so much authority.
You speak even though your palms are sweaty.
You begin questioning a belief you once accepted as fact.
You become more present instead of being permanently trapped inside your own head.
You stop waiting for fear to give you permission to live your life.
That’s the shift we’re looking for.
Not becoming fearless.
But discovering that fear doesn’t always get to decide what happens next.

Meet Your Guide
If you've read this page and found yourself thinking, "This is me"...you're not alone.
For years, I've worked with people who knew exactly what they wanted to do - but just couldn't seem to make themselves do it.
They all had different lives.
But they shared one thing in common.
They were exhausted by overthinking, second-guessing themselves and talking themselves out of the life they wanted.
The thing I've learnt is this:-
Very few people need more information.
They need to stop believing the part of their mind that's trying to keep them small.
That's why I combine practical teaching with EFT.
Not because I want you to understand yourself a little better.
But because I want you to finally start doing the things you've been wanting to do.
I want you to leave this challenge knowing what it feels like when fear no longer gets to make every important decision.
Over the years I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people stop letting fear make their decisions, so they could finally start making those decisions for themselves.
I've watched people speak up when they'd normally stay quiet.
Apply for opportunities they'd have talked themselves out of.
Raise their prices.
Trust themselves again.
Not because they'd become fearless. But because fear had stopped being in charge.
That's what I hope this week becomes for you, too.

Your Life Won't Change By Waiting Until You Feel Ready
If waiting until you felt ready was working, you probably wouldn't still be talking yourself out of the things that matter most.
The truth is, "ready" isn't usually something you feel first.
It's something you start to feel after you've taken the first step.
And that's exactly what I want this week to give you.
Not five days of feeling motivated.
Five days of discovering what becomes possible when you stop automatically believing every fearful thought that tells you to wait.
That's why I've created this challenge.
Not to motivate you for a few days.
Not to convince you to "think positive."
But to help loosen the grip that fear and self-doubt have had over your decisions for far too long.
So that the next time life gives you an opportunity...
...you don't automatically hand the decision over to fear.
So if you're tired of waiting.
Tired of overthinking.
Tired of talking yourself out of opportunities, conversations and the life you know you're capable of.
If you're ready to discover what it feels like to trust yourself a little more than you trust your fear.
I'd love you to join me.
The challenge is completely free.
It all starts on Monday 10th August.
I genuinely can't wait to share this week with you.
All you need to do is enter your details below, and I'll send you everything you need to get started.
